This project consisted of designing a website to verify fiscal incidents related to employees or clients. In addition to the main website, two separate platforms were created: one for clients who want to stay informed about potential fiscal issues of third parties, and another for administrators who manage client registrations. In the user platform, advertisements are also uploaded and displayed on the website during free inquiries, enhancing engagement and providing added value to users.

Stage 1: Client Meetings and User Research
The project began with comprehensive meetings with the client to deeply understand their requirements, goals, and vision for the website and platforms. Extensive user research was also conducted to gather valuable insights into the needs, preferences, and behaviors of potential users. This research ensured that the final product would be highly user-friendly and tailored to meet the specific needs of its audience.
Stage 2: Website Design and Dark Mode
The next step focused on designing the main website, including the implementation of a dark mode option to enhance user experience. This stage involved creating a visually appealing and intuitive interface that was easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing. The dark mode feature aimed to provide a comfortable viewing experience for users, especially in low-light environments, and cater to user preferences.
Stage 3: Platform Wireframes
Wireframes for the two separate platforms were developed during this stage to outline their basic structure and layout. One platform was designed for clients to monitor potential fiscal issues of third parties, while the other platform was created for administrators to manage client registrations and upload advertisements. These wireframes served as blueprints for the detailed design and development stages, ensuring a clear and organized approach.

Building on the wireframes, detailed designs for both platforms were created in this stage. This included defining the visual style, interactive elements, and overall user experience for each platform. The designs were made cohesive with the main website to maintain a consistent brand identity and user experience. UI Design: A visually appealing and accessible user interface was designed, selecting a soothing color palette and clear typography to enhance usability and promote a calm user experience. The design included detailed questionnaires to detect areas of opportunity and action plans for users to work on these identified areas.
Stage 5: Testing and Handoff to Developers
The final stage involved rigorous testing to identify and resolve any issues or bugs within the website and platforms. This thorough testing ensured that all elements functioned smoothly and met the highest quality standards. Once testing was complete and necessary refinements were made, the project was handed off to the development team for implementation. The handoff included detailed documentation and support to ensure a seamless transition from design to development.
